Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic IT roadmaps aligned with Foodpanda's APAC business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks for IT risk management, compliance, and vendor relationships
- Drive innovation in IT service delivery, infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between CIO office and regional stakeholders to align technology with business priorities
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management for APAC IT operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT management experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in IT governance, digital transformation, and cross-functional project delivery
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across diverse cultural and organizational contexts
- Experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise IT architecture principles
