Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with the CIO to formulate and execute the APAC IT strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with global business goals.
- Oversee IT governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards across the region.
- Manage and prioritize the regional IT project portfolio, driving key digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams to resolve complex issues and drive consensus.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding IT performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process innovation.
- Manage the APAC IT budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT strategy, management consulting, or a senior role within a CIO Office.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects or digital transformations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in the logistics, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery sectors is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
