Join the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) as a Manager or Deputy Manager for the Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the programme management, governance frameworks, and stakeholder coordination for the BE AI CoE’s extensive portfolio of AI research and innovations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end programme management of the AI CoE portfolio, ensuring strict alignment with institutional goals and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to oversee research projects, resource allocation, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty members, industry partners, government bodies, and external research institutions.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and resource optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership and external stakeholders to demonstrate progress and impact.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional teamwork within the CoE.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities within the research portfolio and propose strategic solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in programme management, project management, or a similar leadership role within a research or academic setting.
- Strong understanding of AI research methodologies, project lifecycles, and innovation management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at various levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
