- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales
- Oversee e-commerce platform operations, optimizing user experience and conversion rates
- Manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine marketing approaches
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering innovation and professional growth
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align digital initiatives with business goals
- Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with 2+ years in e-commerce leadership
- Proven expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute complex campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
