- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers through all development lifecycle phases
- Architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python, Java)
- Oversee technical implementation of cloud-native applications on AWS/GCP platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in front-end (React/Vue) and back-end (Node.js/Python) technologies
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
