Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement scalable analytical platforms that support complex financial decision-making processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level analytical engineers.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to refine data requirements and ensure high-quality, actionable insights.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies into the current analytical stack.
- Ensure compliance with global data governance and security standards across all engineering initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects that bridge the gap between financial services and modern engineering practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in analytical engineering, software development, or a similar high-impact technical role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects within the financial services or FinTech industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and advanced experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in stakeholder management and team development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
