Become a strategic leader in human resources at Panca Agri Solusindo as our Manager HRGA & ER. This pivotal role oversees the entire employee lifecycle and corporate facility operations, ensuring seamless integration of HR strategies with business objectives. You'll lead recruitment initiatives, manage personnel administration systems, and foster positive employee relations across our agricultural operations. The position requires developing HR policies that enhance workforce productivity while maintaining compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. You'll collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational growth, implement training programs, and manage workplace facilities to create a productive environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding
- Oversee corporate facility operations and workplace management
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws
- Lead recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies
- Handle personnel administration including payroll, benefits, and records
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads to align HR with business needs
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare comprehensive workforce analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Experience in agriculture or manufacturing industry preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
