Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field engineers and technicians in installation, calibration, and service activities
- Oversee all installation processes to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements
- Develop and implement calibration procedures and schedules to maintain equipment accuracy
- Manage service delivery to ensure timely resolution of client issues and high satisfaction levels
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all technical operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless technical operations
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in installation and calibration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, calibration, or technical service management
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Strong knowledge of installation procedures and calibration standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
