Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end land development projects, from initial site assessment to final cultivation readiness.
- Develop and implement efficient land-clearing strategies that optimize production yield while maintaining environmental integrity.
- Manage heavy equipment operations, logistics, and onsite contractor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and local communities to secure permits and maintain operational compliance.
- Analyze soil quality and topographical data to create precise agricultural infrastructure and irrigation plans.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, budget forecasts, and operational timelines for senior management.
- Maintain strict safety protocols and oversee the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices across all sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in large-scale land development, plantation management, or agricultural infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing heavy machinery operations and large-scale site preparation in remote locations.
- Deep knowledge of agricultural regulatory frameworks and environmental conservation standards in Indonesia.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with local stakeholders.
- Willingness to be stationed in Merauke, Papua Selatan, and capable of working in challenging field environments.
