Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Jumbo Group’s brand identity and signature dining experiences.
- Lead and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, OOH, and experiential marketing.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to launch seasonal promotions and new menu activations.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting to key stakeholders.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and corporate partners to broaden brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore F&B landscape and consumer trends.
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
