In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the Organizationās corporate communication functions, developing and executing high-impact Public Relations (PR) strategies to enhance our reputation. You will serve as the primary liaison for media and stakeholders, managing the flow of information to ensure transparency and engagement. - Supporting and managing the Organizationās corporate communication functions.
- Developing and executing Public Relations (PR) strategies to enhance brand image.
- Overseeing media relations and press release distribution.
- Coordinating internal communications and corporate events.
- Monitoring media coverage and analyzing PR metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelorās degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Proven experience in a managerial position within a corporate or public sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the organization's corporate communication strategies.
- Develop comprehensive PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Oversee media relations, including press releases and media interviews.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Manage the corporate website and social media platforms.
- Analyze communication metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within a corporate or non-profit setting.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong networking skills and experience with government or public sector organizations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
