Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive media relations strategies to elevate the university's profile locally and internationally.
- Draft, edit, and distribute high-impact press releases, feature stories, and media kits highlighting research breakthroughs and faculty achievements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for media inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to journalists and editorial teams.
- Proactively pitch research stories to top-tier media outlets to secure consistent earned media coverage.
- Organize and facilitate press conferences, media interviews, and university events to ensure effective message delivery.
- Monitor media trends and provide strategic counsel to university leadership on reputational risks and public messaging.
- Collaborate with internal departments and researchers to translate complex technical findings into engaging public-facing content.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in media relations, corporate communications, or journalism.
- Proven track record of securing media placements in national and international publications.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills with a sharp eye for editorial detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior management, researchers, and media partners effectively.
- Experience in crisis communications and stakeholder management is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore media landscape and digital content trends.
