Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual event strategy aligned with the company's network expansion and agent retention goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale events including product launches, leadership conventions, recognition ceremonies, and nationwide recruitment roadshows.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure event branding, messaging, and content consistently drive recruitment and sales objectives.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budget management, venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution to ensure a flawless attendee experience.
- Analyze event performance and ROI using key metrics, delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the network leadership to identify the specific needs of the distributor force, tailoring events to effectively motivate, train, and educate.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive events to ensure Be International events remain innovative, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in event management, network development, or marketing communications, specifically within the Direct Selling / MLM industry.
- Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing and executing high-impact events for large audiences (500+ pax).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for engaging with a broader network.
- Highly creative, results-oriented, and passionate about community building and talent development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia and occasionally overseas for events.
