Leuwijaya Utama Textile is currently seeking a visionary and strategic Manager of Organization Development & Talent Management to join our dynamic team in Cimahi. As a key leader within our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for shaping our corporate culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and implementing high-impact talent strategies that align with our business objectives in the textile manufacturing sector.

In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, leadership development, and structural efficiency. We are looking for an HR professional who excels in data-driven decision-making and is passionate about building a high-performance workforce. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure our organizational structure supports long-term growth and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement comprehensive Organizational Development (OD) strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end talent management cycle, including succession planning, career pathing, and high-potential identification.
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and develop programs to address competency gaps.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new organizational structures and processes.
  • Manage performance management systems, ensuring alignment between individual goals and company strategic objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to drive leadership development initiatives and build a pipeline of future company leaders.
  • Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide actionable insights for workforce planning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MM/MPSDM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on Organization Development and Talent Management.
  • Proven track record of managing organizational design projects and implementing talent development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations and best practices in performance management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
