As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the Asset President and oversee all aspects of our extraction and refining processes. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in optimizing operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the mining or processing industry, with a deep understanding of operational best practices and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team of professionals, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring that all operations align with our company's commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.

- Oversee all extraction and refining processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Manage and lead a team of processing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resource allocation
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in processing techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mining or processing operations
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of extraction and refining processes
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements and operational excellence
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
