- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive store traffic and sales performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive ROI.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activities, including in-store activations, digital promotions, and seasonal sales events.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with store managers and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail touchpoints.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent Sports Direct Malaysia at industry events and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Analytics, and other data analytics tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sports retail industry and consumer behavior.
