Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in regional distribution management? Our client is seeking a high-performing Manager Sales Area (Sumatra 2) to oversee and optimize distribution networks across the region. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our product availability, working closely with local distributors to ensure operational excellence and aggressive sales target achievement.
As the Manager Sales Area, you will navigate complex regional dynamics, cultivate strong relationships with distribution partners, and translate corporate strategy into actionable field execution. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is not afraid to get their hands dirty on the ground to solve supply chain bottlenecks and unlock new market potential.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets in Sumatra 2.
- Manage, nurture, and evaluate relationships with local distributors to ensure optimal product reach and stock availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights through regular sales reporting and market analysis.
- Conduct frequent field visits to monitor distribution performance and identify competitive opportunities in the local market.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless inventory replenishment cycles.
- Identify, mentor, and coach local sales teams to enhance productivity and professional capabilities.
- Implement trade marketing initiatives at the point of sale to increase brand visibility and market share.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in regional sales management, specifically within FMCG or related consumer goods industries.
- Deep understanding of distribution networks and general trade dynamics in the Sumatra region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
- Proven ability to influence and manage third-party distributor relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Sumatra territory.
