Join Private Advertiser as a strategic leader in our Corporate Affairs team, where you'll shape governance frameworks and drive compliance excellence across our portfolio of private companies. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure ethical business practices. You'll develop corporate communication strategies, manage regulatory risks, and represent the organization with government bodies and industry partners. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and stakeholder management within dynamic business environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead development and implementation of corporate governance frameworks and compliance programs
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and key stakeholders
- Oversee corporate communications strategy, crisis management, and public affairs initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Singapore's corporate laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting across group companies
- Lead cross-functional projects on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams in corporate affairs functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of corporate affairs experience with 5+ years in managerial roles
- Deep expertise in Singapore's Companies Act, regulatory compliance, and governance best practices
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and government relations
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex business environments
- Professional certifications (e.g., ICSA, ACIS) or legal qualifications advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
