Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote the NUHS brand, research breakthroughs, and clinical excellence.
- Act as a primary media contact, managing proactive media pitches and responding to high-priority press inquiries.
- Lead reputation management initiatives and provide strategic counsel during high-stakes institutional crises or public health incidents.
- Draft high-level press releases, opinion pieces, speeches, and executive briefs for senior leadership.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to translate complex medical and scientific information into compelling, accessible content for the public.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage trends to provide actionable insights for future communication campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public affairs, preferably within healthcare or public sector environments.
- Exceptional command of the English language with proven experience in copywriting and media strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain composure under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore media landscape and current social trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Prior experience in crisis communications is highly preferred.
