Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events calendar aligned with organisational objectives and community outreach goals.
- Lead the planning and operational delivery of high-profile events, ensuring seamless execution from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance engagement and collaboration.
- Implement rigorous governance and brand standards across all event communications and visual assets.
- Analyze event performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and future strategic planning.
- Provide mentorship and direction to event support teams to ensure cohesive performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in event management, corporate communications, or community development.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale strategic events with high stakeholder visibility.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle complex timelines and competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in budget management and ensuring compliance with financial governance standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Experience within the non-profit or community service sector is highly regarded.
