In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our digital subscription growth, overseeing the seamless execution of shopfront operations and optimizing customer journeys that convert visitors into long-term subscribers.

As part of our high-impact team, you will act as the bridge between technical CMS management and commercial performance. You will be responsible for defining operational workflows, ensuring platform stability, and implementing data-backed strategies to enhance site performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day shopfront operations, ensuring optimal site performance and content delivery via CMS.
  • Drive digital subscription growth by architecting and implementing high-converting customer journey maps.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle, from content deployment to performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, and Sales) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement of the shopfront.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and technical standards across all digital touchpoints.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce management, or CMS administration.
  • Deep understanding of digital subscription models and the associated customer acquisition funnel.
  • Proven track record in optimizing customer journeys and managing large-scale web operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar monitoring software.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing pioneer or high-growth project teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy.
