Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee treasury-related financial disclosures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage and record treasury-related journal entries with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead month-end closing activities and treasury reporting processes
- Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity
- Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with currency fluctuations and interest rates
- Coordinate trade finance operations including letters of credit, guarantees, and other financial instruments
- Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury, trade finance, or financial management
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or Treasury Management certification are advantageous
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
