In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple high-stakes packaging artwork projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and strictly aligned with brand guidelines. You will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, managing the flow of information between creative designers, production units, and external vendors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Mandarin packaging artwork projects from concept to final production.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with creative teams, production departments, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.
- Ensure all artwork complies with strict brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and print specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on artwork files to prevent errors before printing.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with artwork production and supply chain delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Artwork Management, Project Management, or Packaging Coordination.
- Fluency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative team environment.
