Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting the Chinese-speaking market in Malaysia and the region.
- Translate marketing materials and communications between English and Mandarin with attention to nuance and brand voice.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for social media, websites, and print.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations and proposal documents in Mandarin.
- Manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is mandatory.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or marketing coordination.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, content marketing).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
