Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans in both Mandarin and English to meet curriculum standards.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Observe and evaluate each child's progress, maintaining detailed records and portfolios to share during parent-teacher consultations.
- Design and lead engaging activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and physical play.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of all children throughout the school day, including meal times and transitions.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to organize school events, holiday programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding their child's daily development and well-being.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development milestones for children aged 18 months to 6 years.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse learning needs.
- A patient, energetic, and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a multicultural team.
