ScienTec Consulting is seeking a dynamic and passionate Temp Manager, Librarian (Literary Arts) to join a prestigious team in the Kallang area. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and execute innovative literary arts and reading programs tailored to various demographic groups.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including publishers, schools, and cultural organizations.
- Lead marketing and promotional efforts across digital and traditional platforms to drive attendance and engagement for library events.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of events, ensuring logistics, budgeting, and onsite execution meet high professional standards.
- Curate and manage literary content and collections to ensure relevance and alignment with current cultural trends.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and volunteers involved in program delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, English Literature, Arts Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, event planning, or community outreach, preferably within the arts or education sector.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore literary arts scene and current reading trends.
- Proven track record in marketing and social media management to drive community engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
