- Manage and oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements for management review and regional reporting.
- Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
- Translate complex financial documents and communications between English and Mandarin to support cross-regional business activities.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making for regional projects and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory; HSK 5 or equivalent proficiency strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
