- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis specifically for Mandarin-speaking regions to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to guide products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure all product features, content, and user interfaces are culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate for Mandarin-speaking target markets.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products, analyzing data to inform future development decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the strategic planning and roadmap definition for new product initiatives, contributing to the overall product vision and strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing insights and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement, enabling seamless communication with target markets and international teams.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in product development, product management, or business analysis, preferably within a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience with relevant tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed team environment.
- Experience working with multicultural teams or in international markets is a significant advantage.
