Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and timely Mandarin-Indonesian translations for documents, presentations, and communications related to external relations
- Facilitate communication during meetings between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and Indonesian team members
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up communications in both languages
- Support administrative tasks related to external relations, including documentation and record-keeping
- Act as a cultural liaison to ensure effective communication and relationship building with Mandarin-speaking partners
- Contribute to the development of translation glossaries and resources for consistent terminology
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases of external contacts and communications
- Provide translation support for official documents, contracts, and correspondence as needed
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian languages with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a professional translator, preferably in a corporate or international business setting
- Familiarity with mining industry terminology and practices is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using translation software and tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
