Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food, a global leader in sustainable palm oil production, is seeking a highly motivated Mandor Agronomi to join our team in Jambi. In this critical field role, you will be the backbone of our planting operations, ensuring that our agronomic standards are met with precision and excellence.
As a Mandor Agronomi, you will work on-site, supervising daily field activities and ensuring optimal crop productivity. You will play a vital role in executing our planting strategies, monitoring plant health, and managing field resources efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities to meet company production targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding planting techniques and crop care.
- Monitor and report on plant health, identifying potential pest or disease outbreaks early.
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule for field labor, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
- Oversee the distribution and usage of fertilizers and agricultural inputs in the field.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly progress reports for plantation operations.
- Maintain effective communication between field workers and the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Agriculture or related fields; Diploma (D3) in Agriculture is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Field Foreman (Mandor) or similar role in the oil palm plantation sector.
- Strong knowledge of nursery management, planting, and agronomic field maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large field team.
- Strong discipline, physical stamina, and willingness to work in remote plantation areas.
- Proficiency in data reporting and basic administration.
- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards in agriculture.
