Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking systems with precise severity levels
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and smoke testing across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Maintain and update test documentation including test scenarios, checklists, and results
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality assurance insights during sprint planning
- Analyze test outcomes and recommend process improvements for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in manual software testing
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
