Join Gunanusa Eramandiri as our Manufacturing Excellence (Manex) Department Head and lead transformative initiatives that drive operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead end-to-end Lean TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) transformation programs, with direct responsibility for improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), enhancing equipment reliability, and fostering a sustainable ownership culture throughout the organization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in reducing waste, increasing productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across all production lines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Lean TPM transformation programs across manufacturing operations
- Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement initiatives and track key performance metrics
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime
- Foster a sustainable ownership culture through training, mentoring, and employee engagement programs
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities using lean manufacturing methodologies
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for manufacturing excellence
- Report on transformation progress and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations with focus on Lean/TPM methodologies
- Demonstrated track record in leading OEE improvement and transformation programs
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Excellent leadership and team development skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial production environments preferred
