Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient noodle manufacturing processes
- Maintain strict quality control standards throughout production cycles
- Follow SOPs for equipment operation, sanitation, and workplace safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Assist in new employee training for production procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing or production environments
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance procedures
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
