Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of marine technicians and mechanics in daily repair operations.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in both inboard and outboard boat engines.
- Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Perform quality control inspections on all completed repairs to guarantee vessel safety and performance.
- Manage workshop inventory, track spare parts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering.
- Enforce strict occupational health and safety (OHS) standards within the workshop.
- Maintain clear communication with management and clients regarding repair timelines and cost estimates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marine engine repair and maintenance.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an automotive or marine workshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of major outboard/inboard engine brands (e.g., Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Volvo Penta).
- Vocational certificate, diploma, or equivalent trade qualification in Marine Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Based in Melaka or willing to relocate.
