Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on marine diesel engines, transmissions, and auxiliary systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical blueprints.
- Conduct complete overhauls of engines, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with maritime safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain detailed service logs, inspection reports, and parts inventory records.
- Collaborate with the shore-based engineering team to implement fleet improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems onboard our vessels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Vocational Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Marine Mechanic or similar role within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Proven expertise in diesel engine repair, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced port environment, including shifting schedules and extended hours when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid professional license and relevant certifications (e.g., COC, NC II in Marine Mechanics) are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
