In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of your assigned territory, focusing on leading field teams, managing distributor networks, and executing high-impact market strategies. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between our product offerings and our target market. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing market penetration, and strengthening our brand presence through effective field execution and distributor management.

As a key member of our sales team, you will analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and ensure our products remain competitive. Your ability to lead, motivate, and guide field personnel will be essential in achieving company targets.   • Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to expand territory coverage and increase market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor field sales teams to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key distributors and partners to ensure mutual growth and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on product availability and marketing support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in market development, sales management, or territory management within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct field teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
