Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the BioSolution product portfolio.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, distributors, and large-scale agricultural operations to expand market reach.
- Provide technical support and product training to internal sales teams and external partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities in the biostimulant sector.
- Manage commercial relationships to ensure sustainable growth while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Design and oversee field demonstrations and pilot projects to showcase product efficacy.
- Prepare regular performance reports and market insights for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market development or technical sales, specifically within the agricultural chemicals or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of biostimulants, soil science, or sustainable farming practices.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving market penetration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategy.
- Ability to travel frequently to visit project sites and client operations.
