- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities within the relaxology sector.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, performance ads, and content strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Track, report, and present performance metrics and ROI to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Conduct competitor analysis to refine positioning and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Implement customer retention strategies to enhance lifetime value and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market growth, digital marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian wellness or beauty industry landscape is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
