- Develop and maintain market intelligence databases and reporting frameworks
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate strategic insights for leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies with market findings
- Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor market disruptions and emerging technologies affecting our industry
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or research
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Experience managing research projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior
