Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard and grow premium hotel partnerships across Singapore, maximizing revenue and market share for Trip.com Group.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the premium hotel segment.
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms, contracts, and marketing initiatives with hotel partners to ensure mutual benefit and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide expert consultation to hotel partners on yield management, content optimization, and promotional strategies to enhance their visibility and bookings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to align strategies and deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned premium hotel accounts, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent Trip.com Group at industry events, fostering networking opportunities and reinforcing our brand presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market management, key account management, sales, or business development within the hospitality or online travel agency (OTA) sector.
  • Demonstrable experience specifically managing premium hotel accounts or a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market in Singapore.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and strategic partnership goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a strong plus.
