- Monitor and ensure compliance with market research industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance protocols for data collection and analysis
- Conduct regular audits of research methodologies and data handling processes
- Review and approve research instruments to ensure ethical standards are met
- Train research staff on compliance requirements and best practices
- Stay updated on evolving regulations affecting market research in the Philippines and globally
- Collaborate with legal team to address compliance issues and regulatory changes
- Document compliance activities and prepare reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research or compliance
- Knowledge of market research industry standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research software
- Certification in market research or compliance is a plus
