As a Market Research Executive, you will be the vital link between the public and decision-makers. From designing surveys to conducting face-to-face interviews, you will capture the authentic voice of the consumer. Your findings will directly influence strategic marketing initiatives, product development roadmaps, and public policy frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and administer quantitative and qualitative research instruments, including surveys and discussion guides.
- Conduct fieldwork across the Central Region to collect primary data from target audiences.
- Analyze collected data using statistical software and translate findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to align research objectives with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact business and policy decisions.
- Manage project timelines and ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection standards (PDPA).
- Present key insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1â2 years of relevant experience in market research, data collection, or consumer insights (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, or Tableau is a strong advantage.
