Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end government tender processes including RFP analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key international B2B clients across diverse industries
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Prepare compelling bid documents, presentations, and commercial proposals
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements
- Monitor tender outcomes and analyze success metrics to refine future strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or tender management
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (professional proficiency required)
- Proven track record in winning government/private tenders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex tender specifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and processes
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
