Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Korean Language, Dance, Theater, and Vocal programs
- Create engaging promotional content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, and offline channels
- Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the arts and education sector
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and campaigns
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure accurate program information is communicated
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts
- Experience in education, arts, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
