Tanggung Jawab

- Manage and update promotional content on the company website and digital channels.
- Coordinate marketing collateral and administrative tasks to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and prepare regular reports on marketing performance.
- Communicate with customers via social platforms to foster brand loyalty and address inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and executing offline events or partnership activations.
- Maintain an organized database of marketing assets, content calendars, and campaign results.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience or internship in marketing, social media management, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and digital content trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
