Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of physical and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document filing, database management, and tracking office expenses.
- Assist the business development team in conducting market research and preparing professional presentations and proposals.
- Handle incoming general inquiries via email, phone, and social media, routing them to relevant department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed meeting minutes.
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral, inventory, and general office supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new corporate challenges.
- Prior internship experience in a marketing or administrative role is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) or familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
