As a Marketing Admin Coordinator, you will act as the backbone of the marketing department, ensuring seamless workflow, documentation accuracy, and efficient communication between internal stakeholders and external agencies. We are looking for immediate starters who thrive on supporting marketing campaigns through meticulous administrative oversight and efficient task management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and support daily administrative functions within the marketing department.
  • Manage marketing collateral inventories and assist in the distribution of promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of marketing meetings, workshops, and internal events.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Track project timelines and provide status updates to the Marketing Manager.
  • Prepare reports on marketing activity performance and budget tracking.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure department operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
