Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and office supplies.
  • Perform accurate data encoding and maintenance of digital and physical records.
  • Support the finance and accounting department with document preparation and filing.
  • Manage administrative workflows to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist the marketing team in campaign documentation and report generation.
  • Handle general clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and correspondence management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive company and client data.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude toward supplier and team relations.
  • Stable internet connection and ability to work on-site in Quezon City.
