- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) including design coordination, production oversight, and distribution logistics
- Oversee departmental financial documentation including budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting
- Coordinate seamless logistics for marketing materials including inventory management, supplier communication, and distribution planning
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all marketing assets and administrative processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to support campaign execution and material deployment timelines
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing administration or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong financial documentation and budget management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
