Are you a driven marketing professional with a knack for building strong partnerships? Our client, a leading name in the Malaysian e-commerce sector, is looking for a talented Marketing Affiliate Acquisition Specialist to join their bustling office in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
This is a 3-month contract position (strong opportunity for renewal and permanency) offering a competitive monthly salary of up to RM 3,100. You will be the engine behind our client's affiliate growth strategy, identifying, recruiting, and activating new affiliate partners (bloggers, content creators, coupon sites, and loyalty program managers) to drive high-quality traffic and sales.
You will manage the entire affiliate lifecycle, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to ongoing support and performance reviews. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking performance metrics, optimizing commission structures, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners to expand the program's reach and drive user acquisition.
- Managing day-to-day communications and building strong relationships with a portfolio of affiliate partners.
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) to optimize marketing strategies.
- Negotiating commission structures and incentive programs to drive partner performance and loyalty.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative assets and promotional materials for affiliates.
- Monitoring competitor affiliate programs and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Preparing regular performance reports and presenting actionable insights to the marketing management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
- Proven experience in partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive 'hunter' mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and networks is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
